Here you will find information on preparing nutritious Shabbat meals, advice for the Jewish Festivals, Women's Health and articles on nutrition and eating from a Torah perspective. You'll also find sources for healthy kosher food and kosher vitamins online.
My aim is to give you information that is 1oo% practical. Running a Jewish home is not always easy and I think that we have to be realistic. I don't expect you to become vegetarian or to go out and spend half your salary on vitamins, albeit kosher ones. The basics of good nutrition are easy to master and will make a big difference to your health, your children's health and the health of your Jewish home.
